Hey ladies and gentlemen,
It's the time for us to take our Business seriously! As we are all creative girls :) we have many ideas pop up every day and we should really think about which one (or two) is our golden cow.
Here are some ideas I think we could follow to make our future meeting more efficient.
*Rule*
We should have the same faith even though we have different opinions.
No matter what kind of difficulty we meet, we need to face it together and we should not blame each other!
We are good family, good friends and good business partners!

Main structure for BigPlan.
First, let's brainstorm together based on the following structure.
#. idea name
*Main product: what should we focus on? service/product?
*Other product: what are the other products to support or to create more choices for customers?
*Channel: how do we sell it?
*Customer:
- Whom: Private or business (B2B or B2C)
- Age: for private customer if needed
- Gender or group: women or men, OL or student ...
*Marketing: should we need to create a blog to build our faith?
*Pricing: the price to our products. when we could reach the break-even point
*Cost: labor cost, equipment cost, admin cost, and so on.
*Others: is there any technical knowledge we have to learn more?
*Role: Who is the chief? Who is responsible for which part? how to manage the conflict?
Second, we start to build the business model, profit and loss, and all the details (ie. milestone, workload, responsibility…) after the strategy is defined.
I (Man-Hua: if you agree?) will take responsibility for this part and then arrange meetings with you till 75% of details are set.
ie. responsibility of marketing (how to promote?), pricing (how to feed our golden cow?)
Third, how to manage it.
We will have clear responsibility for everyone. Routine meeting will be set and we all have to share our opinions. One must be the chief to decide and make summary.
